We, the Portal, “RealtyPillar”, being one of the service product of the Company, “Realty Pillar Pvt. Ltd.”, (hereinafter referred to as "RPPL"), is dedicated to Real Estate Industry, by providing online information, offering SaaS utilities and serving you, the User, in varied directions in the World of Realty, including but not limited to the www.realtypillar.com, and its mobile application/s and all the Utilities, Software / Application Products and allied Services offered through our Portal (collectively the "Services").

We request you (the user of the Portal) to read the following 'privacy policy' to understand how their personal & business information will be treated, as they make full use of our services to their benefit. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of information of users of the Portal.

By using services of RealtyPillar, you (the User) hereby agree to all and any singular provisions of this Privacy Policy and in the case of any denial to agree, non-acceptance and/or negation to bound by our Privacy Policy and/or Terms & Conditions, you lose all right to access the Portal, disqualify to surf on the Portal and/or not authorised to use any application / utility etc. of our Portal. In other manner, please stop using our Portal in case you find any discrepancy, by leaving a message, to enable us to serve you better in future, with further mutually agreed terms and policy, if any.

Gathering of Your Information / Data

RealtyPillar gathers information from its users when they register/subscribe to gain access, intend to use its Utilities and to avail any of our services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide / share us with their personal & business information. Upon registering/subscribing, the User automatically becomes part of RealtyPillar, in terms of using information to extend his/her/their services / dealings and the User further agree to extent the right to publish the desired business & personal details throughout its potential marketplaces, including but not limited to, Services / business, product listing, property listing, directory, trade leads, images, photos, videos, catalogues etc., until restricted specifically.

Immediately upon registering/subscribing, you are sharing and allowing to access your personal / business information with the Portal, which for advertorial and promotional purpose, you permit to further share it with sponsor / advertiser / business entities other than Portal, unless and otherwise your specified unwillingness to disclose, publish or display your personal/ business content out of your provided information.

As a standard practice followed by almost all website - worldwide, we also gather, through automated system, the log data derived from usage of your service, that include details of your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device, search terms, and variety of cookie information. • To reach you for and make you part of our “AMPB” campaigns, (Advertising, Marketing, Promoting & Branding)

The Portal's clear intention in gathering personal/business information is to facilitate the user with a personalised experience while accessing our Portal. With the use of ‘persistence’ cookies, and augmented data, we enable to serve the User / Subscriber / Affiliated Member with customised services, interactive communication and other services, some of which are completely free and some are accessible on subscriber basis, after utilising free demo, if any. Business information is used to display the user's preference of service, property listing, business listing or product offerings across our network to fetch maximum business opportunities for the user.

In order to provide some of free services and/or some Utilities / Modules, the Portal display advertisements on selected Utility / Modules, based upon the site usage, statistics and visitor trends. The Portal uses user's personal & business information to serve targeted advertisements through its websites, newsletters and customized mailers. Moreover, once the user's provides his/her/their personal and/or business information and upon authentication of the same, the user may communication from either side, in form of information request, business enquiries etc., through email, phone calls and/or SMS notifications, from other dealers / subscriber of the Portal, which might be irrelevant to their subject or interest. The Portal does not exercise any control over its users for sending such professional / business enquiries to its subscriber / affiliated members.

The Portal record preferred dealing and browsing activities of the users including but not limited to their client's contact details and profiles and uses the same for the purpose benefiting to its Subscriber / Affiliated Member.

However, the User not feeling it comfortable to receive such information / offer / intimations / news etc., he / she / they can always/anytime opt for ‘Unsubscribe’ to stop receiving such particular services, after leaving a message.

Sharing of Information

As a general practice, the Portal will not disclose or share any of the user's personally identifiable personal / business information except when Portal has the user's permission or under special circumstances, such as when Portal believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.

In certain types of property / product / service / dealings, we share your information / data with potential dealer (registered with us), and all intended subscriber being affiliated member of the Portal, are by default, eligible to access, use and share all such permitted information / data to offer and / or exchange their respective services and / or to shape any type of deal pertaining to Real Estate industry.

Distribution of Gathered data / Information

The Portal may, from time to time, communicate with its users through Short Message Services (SMS), e-mails, printed mails (post / courier), and/or phone calls regarding its products and services. The Portal shall be in continues process to improves the marketplace tools, by all suitable means, for better efficiency, more relevancy, applications, innovative property / business matchmaking tools and better personal preferences. The Portal may allow direct mails using its own scripts (without disclosing the email address) with respect / pertaining to any property, products and/or services of third parties that it feels may be of interest to the user or if the user has shown interest in the property, product, and/or service offered by you, for business requirement by our other users, subscribers, affiliated members. Only the Portal, its registered user, subscriber, affiliated members or its associates, partners, agents working under confidentiality agreements, shall have right to communicate through these direct mailers. Relevancy of the contacts made between users would depend upon the information sought & given by various users.

Protection of information / data

Once Portal receives the transmitted information/data from the User, it makes best efforts to ensure its security in its systems, and all necessary steps have been taken by the Portal to protect the information / data of the user by using the latest technology and with security protection softwares, in view to restrict the unauthorised access to such information / data of the User.

However, the Portal is not responsible or liable for any unauthorised access of such information / data from the system and set-up of the User. It is strongly recommended to all our users to sign out of their subscribed account and close their Utility / browser window after using the services offered by the Portal, in case if the user shares the computer with someone else or is using a computer in a public place.

Pursuing to the defined ethics, the Portal does not intend to sell to any third party, any information / data of any registered user, subscriber and affiliated member, who has restricted to do so, may it be for any purpose of bulk messaging, advertising, marketing, promoting and/or branding of any property, product and/or service.

As a matter of unrestricted constant development in the field of hacking and malpractice, unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Google and its DART cookie

The User is notified that this Privacy Policy of the Portal may keep on changing from time to time, sometimes on hourly basis; therefore, the Users should regularly refer the updated policy, especially while providing the information / data and all such changed policies are always applicable, accepted and agreed by you (the User) for the purpose to continue the use of this Portal.
